Reads the CRV a Curve gauge has accrued for the socket and not yet minted. The gauge's claimable_tokens returns the accrued amount at 18 decimals, checkpointing as it does. Extra rewards are not counted. Reach for it to gate a claim behind a minimum with a predicate so the claim-and-compound steps only run when the harvest clears a threshold.
