This plug reads the socket's overall position in an Aave market and outputs both whether current debt sits above a target and the absolute distance between current debt and that target. It asks the caller for the Aave market address and the target_debt level to measure against. It fires whenever called, computing the excess when debt is over target and the shortfall otherwise. Reading the debt figure by hand or from a stale account snapshot yields a delta that no longer matches the live position.
