This plug sets an ERC-20 allowance by approving a caller-supplied amount of a named token for a named spender and reporting the balance and allowance around the change. It asks the caller for the token, the amount, and the spender address. It fires whenever the caller runs it, with no schedule or threshold gating execution. Setting an allowance by hand or against a stale allowance reading can grant a spender more or less than intended.
