This plug manages a wstETH collateral and USDC debt loop on Aave in the wstETH market. It reads the wstETH and USDC reserves, the socket's account data, oracle price, and liquidation LTV. When the USDC borrow rate reaches 0.055 it repays all debt and withdraws collateral to exit; when the rate is at or below 0.041 it rebalances toward a target of the liquidation ceiling divided by 1.2. Running this by hand or on a stale borrow rate misjudges the entry and exit thresholds.
