This plug manages a wstETH collateral and USDC debt loop on the Aave market at 0x2f39d218133afab8f2b819b1066c7e434ad94e9e. It reads live reserve rates, the socket's account data, the wstETH oracle price, and liquidation LTV. When the wstETH borrow rate reaches 0.055 it repays USDC and withdraws wstETH, when the rate falls to 0.041 it seeds supply, and otherwise it rebalances toward target debt set at the liquidation ceiling divided by 1.2. Acting on a stale borrow rate or price risks liquidation or an unintended entry or exit.
